I’m a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of experience driving tech leadership and digital transformation. I help organizations to reach their full potential through strategic direction, deep technical expertise, and leadership development.

I hold a Computer Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and have built my career on a strong technical foundation. My expertise lies in infrastructure and cybersecurity, where I’ve earned recognition as a finalist and winner in prestigious international competitions such as Defcon (USA), PHDays (Russia), and Codegate (South Korea), among others.

As the Global Vice President of Engineering at Adevinta, I oversee technology strategy and operations for a global engineering team of more than 1,500 software engineers across Europe who serve more than 120M Monthly Active Users. I joined Adevinta (formerly Schibsted) in 2014, and since then, my journey has been one of continuous growth through bigger challenges year after year. I served as CTO of Adevinta Spain for over eight years, and as Global VP of Engineering for more than two. Throughout this dynamic period, I played a key role in more than doubling the business both in revenue and team size, I led multiple mergers and acquisitions, contributed to the IPO, led the tech transformation post Private Equity acquisition among other key projects.

In parallel, I'm also an experienced public speaker, having delivered keynotes at major industry conferences in front of audiences of more than 10,000 people, and a Professor at the Master in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Barcelona.
